While i read a story where someone was criticizing somebody else for eating a breakfast cereal anytime other than the breakfast hours. They thought it was quite absurd so not the norm. I came across myself feeling a small bit offended by those words. Hey, I have been previously eating cereals at night-time for years now, just because that's what I wanted. what time does Chick Fil A start serving breakfast

The reading of the article then sparked a desire for me to search this out a bit further. I guess, I had been really searching to determine if I was the weird or abnormal one or were those accusations just another one of society's simple method of imposing another limitation upon people?

While i researched cereal and its benefits I was actually astound and amazed of my findings. Apparently eating cereal is considered more of a delectable nowadays compared to traditional breakfast meal.

With a large part of the world now focusing on consuming more whole grains, Many cereals are increasingly being formulated not only full of whole grain but a lot less sugars at the same time. This entails the end product to be very low in calories along with a great source of calcium, fiber, and vitamins.

It's because the cereal is made to satisfy you without expanding your waistline. Now, I have never eaten it for the reason of weight loss. Like I said, I am eating cereal at night,late afternoon or anytime for the day because of the taste of computer. Nothing more or less. I love crunching a bowl of my favorite bran cereal, It is quite filling and delicious.

Show me legislation where cereal is bound to be eaten only in the breakfast hours. That's non-sense and narrow thinking.
